Returns & Refunds Policy

At From Great Origins, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns on opened goods unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

  Await Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a shipping label.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
